Active Learning

We are organizing this active learning project for later in the month, but it is really cool. Here’s how we are structuring it. The small group of participants will have a table that they sit at in the middle of the room. They will be given tasks to complete, many of which they will not have all the proper information and knowledge needed to solve. Seated around the room and well away from the table will be our experts—the people who have the product, competitive, market, and sales knowledge that the learners will need to lean on. The rules are that these people may speak only when the learners ask specific questions of them, and then only give the answers to those questions. Then, the team works together to come up with the solution they recommend.
